We are incredibly proud to share that St John the Baptist Primary School has been awarded the Bronze Award in Christian Aid’s Global Neighbours scheme!

This recognition celebrates the work we’ve done as a whole school community to help our pupils understand global poverty, injustice, and the Christian responsibility to respond with compassion and action. Through learning, reflection, and meaningful projects, our children are developing the confidence and courage to be global citizens—ready to make a difference both locally and across the world.

Global Neighbours is not just about fundraising or environmental action (though those are important too); it’s about nurturing a deeper understanding of the world and empowering pupils to be courageous advocates for change.
